The Injury Pipeline

What The Injury Pipeline focuses on are the three categories of musculo-skeletal injury.

  • Chronic Injuries - Pain that has developed over time, seemingly out of the blue.

  • Acute Injuries - Pain that began at a specific moment in time.

  • Recurring Injuries - Pain that resolves itself and reappears in a cycle.

Therefore, the aim of The Injury Pipeline is to assess your pain and to act on it. Whether your shoulder has been problematic for months, your knees haven’t felt the same since that fall, or that terrible back pain, whatever your pain is, this is perfect for you.

  • After booking, you’ll complete a health and injury form to help our Sports Therapists prepare for your session.

Your consultation takes place via Google Meet, so make sure you have enough space to move—we may ask you to perform tests like squats or sit-to-stand movements to assess your mobility and posture.

From there, we’ll run targeted tests to pinpoint your injury and rule out others. With over 600 muscles in the body, accuracy is key to building the right rehab plan.

No need for special equipment—our expert therapists can tailor everything to your home setup. Once we’ve identified your injury and assessed its severity, we’ll design a custom rehabilitation plan based on your available resources, whether that’s a gym, pool, park, or just bodyweight.

You’ll receive your plan promptly—no later than 11:00 PM the following day.

  • Your follow-up session, ideally scheduled two weeks after the first, allows time for meaningful progress.

We’ll review your feedback—how closely you've followed the plan, how it’s impacted your injury, and how you’ve found the process. Then, we’ll reassess your movement and repeat key tests to track improvement.

Based on this, your therapist will make careful adjustments to your rehab plan, progressing exercises where appropriate. Rehab is a gradual process, and we avoid pushing too far, too fast.

Your updated plan will be delivered promptly—no later than 11:00 PM the following day.

  • With RehabStar, you can choose between monthly payments or multi-month blocks—how many sessions you have is entirely up to you. Recovery timelines vary widely depending on the injury and individual factors; some resolve in a month, others take longer.

We recommend starting with one month, which includes your initial consultation, first rehab plan, follow-up session, and second plan. This provides a solid foundation to assess your progress and decide how long you'd like to continue.

All follow-up appointments will follow the same structure as your second session.
